Donna Petersen

​Donna Martin Petersen is a social welfare and community relations professional. She was Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Anissa Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping those in need of bone marrow transplantation.

Donna has devoted her life to volunteerism and fundraising for numerous philanthropic causes. She’s an avid traveler and passionate about exploring the wonders of our world.

Donna is a Southern California native, the place she still calls home.  Her greatest source of pride and pleasure is her loving family…

​"I graduated at Faculty of Applied Art in Belgrade, at department of Book Design and have MA degree in Illustration. Throughout my life and education I had the opportunity to express myself in various art techniques, so I consider myself also as a painter, printmaker and designer. I prefer drawing and painting. I am passionate about the world of illustration and I'm always searching for an opportunity to maximize my skills and to learn more. The main areas of interest include Children's Book and Editorial Illustration."
